Employment Services
Helping individuals gain meaningful employment and build lasting careers.
- $5,000 – Fund a Job Coach to help individuals secure and maintain long-term employment.
- $2,500 – Support follow-up employment coaching to ensure job retention.
- $1,000 – Provide travel training to teach clients how to independently use public transportation.
- $500 – Cover interview clothing and resume preparation for 10 job seekers.
- $250 – Fund mock interview workshops to build communication skills.
Community Habilitation (Com Hab)
Empowering individuals to develop daily living skills and achieve personal goals.
- $5,000 – Underwrite goal achievement incentives (such as $5 gift cards) for participants reaching milestones in independence.
- $2,500 – Cover the cost of supplies for 50 cooking lessons.
- $1,000 – Provide hands-on teaching tools for one year.
- $500 – Fund community outings to practice real-world skills like grocery shopping or banking.
- $250 – Support hygiene and home care kits for clients learning self-care routines.
Adult Recreation
Building friendships, social skills, and community engagement through shared activities.
- $5,000 – Underwrite 6 months of recreational programming.
- $2,000 – Fund 3 months of activities.
- $1,000 – Purchase new board games, art and craft supplies for group activities.
- $500 – Sponsor a special community event such as a dance night.
- $250 – Provide adaptive sports equipment to promote health and inclusion.
Educational Consulting
Supporting families to navigate education systems and achieve academic success.
- $5,000 – Underwrite 500 hours of Educational Consulting to support
- $2,500 – Underwrite 250 hours of support, including IEP guidance and
- $1,000 – Provide 100 hours of consulting to help students reach their academic goals.
Connect & Thrive – Summer and Year-Round Programs
Fostering social connection, confidence, and skill-building through enriching activities.
- $5,000 – Underwrite 18 community-based field trips annually.
- $2,500 – Provide program supplies for one year.
- $1,000 – Support 6 summer field trips focused on community inclusion and recreation.
- $500 – Sponsor summer camp meals and transportation for participants. *$250 – Fund adaptive recreational equipment for indoor and outdoor play.
