Develop Social Emotional Skills While Having Fun in the Summer

Does your child need some support in developing additional social emotional skills during the summer months? This program is for them! Hands on activities and weekly field trips to practice skills.

Summer Learning Program

Two three-week programs available to assist your child, aged 8-18 in developing new skills and learning in the community. Second Step Social Emotional instruction, guest speakers, learning about the community and opportunities to make new and lasting friendships are just the beginning of this program.

Held during July and August, your child may attend one or both of these programs. Focusing on transition skills development (college and employment skills like self-advocacy, workplace etiquette and career exploration) youth will gain skills that will last them a lifetime and that they can put into practice every day.

Eligibility:

Ages 8-18
OPWDD eligible (Must have TABS # to register)
*Not eligible for Extended School year in their district
If your child does qualify for ESY, they may attend either or both of the three week programs for $480 per 3 week session.
