LAUNCH is different than other organizations. As a LAUNCH staff member, you will be scheduled for and will be paid for the hours you agree to work. We will help find additional clients for you to support if your client cancels. Other agencies don’t provide that support to their staff! No personal care or dispensing of medicine required. Flexible hours to work around your schedule.
